1. The robot is started manually.
2. It opens the 1C databases one by one, selecting the required organizations in each.
3. It generates the reports and saves them to the computer, then closes the databases.
4. [Optional] It sends the reports via electronic document exchange (EDI).

Access settings for the 1C databases (paths, logins, passwords) are stored locally on your side — never entrusted to third-party services!
What's more, this bot uses the same configuration file as our bank statement download robot. You only need to specify the paths and access credentials once for all our robots that work with 1C.
