Automated 44-FZ and 223-FZ Procurement Mailouts via an RPA Robot

••THE PROBLEM

Procurement registers need to be emailed daily to responsible staff and subscription clients. The registers themselves are generated by specialized software using predefined templates.
The software does have a mailing feature. It's offered for an extra fee.
Unfortunately, it still doesn't meet the organization's needs.

Employees spend time on tedious, routine work.

••THE SOLUTION

In just 1 (one!) working day, we built an RPA software robot that:

1. logs into the specialized website;
2. selects the needed templates one by one;
3. downloads the Excel file with the procurement register;
4. renames it according to the organization's naming policy;
5. emails it to the relevant recipients.

Employees now spend more time on "human" work that creates added value and profit for the company, instead of mechanical tasks.

Automating the tender department.
The bot interacts with the specialized software through its web interface.
Meanwhile, the employee is free to work on other tasks, since software robots operate on websites in the background.
