Requirements Analysis and Technical Specification Preparation

To-Be process maps, full requirements, input data, business exceptions, and other necessary information are captured in Process Design Documents (PDD) — an extended version of the Technical Specification for robotization.

PDDs are compiled by the analysts of LLC «Logicode» and approved by the Customer.

Development and Testing of Software Robots

We design, develop, and test bots. During the development period, we provide test licenses at no charge.

Documentation Preparation

User manuals, robot passport, test protocols.

Pilot Industrial Operation

Deployment of robots into the working environment. Operation monitoring and error correction.

Warranty and Technical Maintenance

Warranty period — correction of errors identified during RPA robot operation at no additional charge: 3 months.

Enhancements and Modifications

In case of changes to business processes and/or the IT landscape, we enhance and modify software robots.
