Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

By this document, I, in fulfillment of the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated 27.07.2006 (as amended), freely, of my own will and in my own interest, and confirming my legal capacity, give my consent to Logicode Limited Liability Company (TIN 7725811841), located at: Russia, Moscow, Gorbunova St., 2, bldg. 3, room 31/3 (hereinafter — the Company), website: https://logicode.pro, to process my personal data on the following terms:

1. This Consent is given for the processing of personal data both with and without the use of automation tools. Consent is given for the processing of the following personal data: last name, first name, patronymic; phone number; email address; user data (location information, OS type and version, browser type and version, device type and screen resolution; the source from which the user arrived at the website; from which website or advertisement; OS and browser language; which pages the user opens and which buttons the user clicks; IP address); data about me that becomes known in the course of performing agreements (in the event an agreement is concluded between me and the Company), as well as other publicly available information about me.

2. The personal data is not publicly available.

3. Purpose of processing personal data: processing incoming requests for the purpose of providing services related to the Company's business activities; analytics of an individual's actions on the website and the functioning of the website.

4. The processing of personal data is based on Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation; Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data"; and this Consent of the website visitor to the processing of personal data.

5. In the course of processing, the following actions will be performed with the personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction.

6. I have hereby been notified by the Company that the intended users of the personal data are employees of the Company, as well as persons engaged by the Company under civil law agreements.

7. I have been informed that:

7.1. this Consent to the processing of my personal data is unlimited in time and may be withdrawn by sending a written notice to the Company's address indicated in the preamble of this statement, or to the email address 1@logicode.pro. The date of withdrawal is deemed to be the day following the day the Company receives the written statement withdrawing the website user's Consent to the processing of personal data;

7.2. I have the right to access my personal data, to demand clarification (updating, modification) of my personal data, and to demand the deletion and destruction of my personal data if its processing by the Company violates my lawful rights and interests or the legislation of the Russian Federation.

8. I undertake to promptly inform the Company, with supporting documents, in the event of any change to my personal data or information about me.

9. By this Consent, I confirm that I am the subject of the personal data provided, and I confirm the accuracy of the data provided.

10. This Consent remains in effect at all times until the processing of personal data is terminated, in accordance with clause 7.1 of this Consent.
