Task: determining the probability of success in a bank card dispute cycle, automating and optimizing banking processes.

Tasks: Service Desk migration as part of import substitution, development of a reporting service to extend Pyrus functionality. Integrations with Sber Salute and other services.

Client: Large Manufacturing Holding Task: Daily route generation for Bakery–Stores. Each bakery sends Excel files in its own format. Managers had to manually process requests, generate routes, and set driver rates. Time cost: more than 2 hours per day. Solution: A software robot was developed that: processes emails from bakeries and downloads requests; generates routes, taking into account vehicle load capacity; calculates driver payments and generates invoices for bakeries; creates a consolidated report and files for subsequent upload to 1C.

Task: Develop a tool for analyzing a person's psychotype based on a photo (physiognomy). Solution: A mobile application was implemented for individuals: psychotype determination, identifying personality strengths and weaknesses, business qualities, social interactions, and communication with other psychotypes. A web application was implemented for HR departments to assess applicants, their suitability for potential positions based on psychological profiles, plus adaptation to the existing team dynamics.

Client: Transport Company Task: Automating 'auction bidding' for freight transport lots. Managers cannot keep track of hundreds of lots and change bids in time (in the last minutes/seconds). Solution: An IT system based on RPA software robotization — 'Auction Robot' — was developed and implemented to automate bid management: RPA software robots: parsing robots, bidding robots; Database; BACK-END; FRONT-END: web interface for managers — selecting lots and setting bids for robot bidding. Result: All lots from the portal are captured in the database. Managers select the lots of interest in the web interface and set minimum and maximum bids. Robots compete in auctions, automatically reducing the bid by one step within the interval set by the manager.

Task: Daily downloading of bank statements in various formats, with subsequent renaming, saving to the corporate document management system/file storage, and uploading to 1C. Solution: A software robot was assigned that: launches automatically (at night and/or during the day); sequentially logs into internet banking systems; downloads statements in the required formats for multiple (dozens, hundreds of) organizations; renames statement files according to a mask; saves the files. Result: Every day by 9:00 AM, the accountant receives the uploaded statements and does not spend time on routine tasks. Flexible configuration allows adapting to the specific business process of any client.

Client: Large Manufacturing Holding Task: Recognition of delivery documents, reconciliation of amounts by routes in one corporate system, and entry into 1C. Solution: A software robot was developed that: recognizes documents received as scans and via EDI; opens the corporate system used by logistics staff and finds the required product delivery; reconciles the amount in the document with the system; opens 1C CORP for accounting, enters the document, and attaches a scanned copy to the journal entries. Simultaneously checks document dates according to parameters set by the accounting department and generates work reports.
